Brother of slain cartel leader “El Mencho” pleads guilty to U.S. drug charges

Antonio Oseguera Cervantes worked for cartels with his brother Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, the drug lord known as "El Mencho​," according to federal prosecutors.
